The Academy works best with the first level of the Foundation Fundamentals running underneath — F1:L1 (Healthy Boundaries), F2:L1 (Container Method), and F3:L1 (Communication). Without F1:L1 especially, the structural understanding lands cognitively but doesn't deploy — people fold under pressure when the work needs to actually land in a real interaction.
You don't need to complete every level before joining. The first level of each is the entry gate; the rest of the Fundamentals walk alongside you as you go. Most students walk F1-F3 in parallel with the Academy curriculum, and continue into F4-F9 over time.

A Note on Rhythm
The Academy runs on a quarterly Season cadence — Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter. Each Season opens a new Class — the group of students who enroll together and walk the curriculum on the same schedule, with a recurring weekly live class during the Season. The Founding Class is the first Class to walk through. Subsequent Classes open quarterly thereafter.

We teach the substantive framework underneath legal and commercial systems — how they were constructed and where authority comes from — so you can engage them with clarity. Academy is where you establish the position; OPI is one expression of acting from it. OPI is the specific operational interface into legacy legal/commercial systems. Academy graduates engage OPI when their work calls for it; some find the same position supports action long before any OPI document gets filed.

It certifies Academy graduates to teach Foundation content and facilitate 1-on-1 coaching using PPS routing — both becoming part of the Erlandia coach network as it grows. Practitioners earn revenue share on coaching they deliver and content they teach. The track is gated on Foundation + 3 Paths + a substantive review with Max.
