In the event of any conflict, controversy or claim of trespass or harm that is not able to be resolved between those of mankind between which it arises, it will then go through the erlandia mediation process.  This will utilized a wo/man who has training in mediation such as 'non-violent communication' that will be agreed upon by those of mankind that have conflict.

1.  A mediator will be selected.   If one can not be mutually agreed upon, one will be selected by Maximus Light.  

2. Each wo/man will submit a statement along with any evidence to the mediator. 

3. The mediator will begin the process by either meeting with the wo/men separately or if possible together this is decided by the mediator based on initial assessment of the situation.  

3. Mediation may continue over multiple sessions until a satisfying resolution is developed.

4.  After the mediator has fully assessed the situation they may propose a solution. 

5. If no solution can be agreed upon by those whom the conflict is between, the outcome will be decided by Maximus Light in consultation with the selected wo/man facilitating the mediation.  This decision will be final.

Erlandian is a Language Framework designed to support mankind's free and safe expression without accidentally entering into any kind of contractual agreements.

As a framework, it defines and governs certain abilities within the base language being utilized. 

Specifically, when utilizing Erlandian, all contracts, meaning, and actions outside of any expressive purpose are removed.  For example, often times there are legal agreements or implications that come with the use of specific words, however when utilizing the Erlandian Language Framework, any legal actions or or contracts are removed and can not be entered into when using Erlandian.

For this reason Erlandian allows for a greater range of expression as, one can speak without fear of getting theirself into unexpected agreements, legal or otherwise.
