Sent to support mankind moving into its next stage of evolution — what we would call Paradise on Earth. To accomplish this, deploys a crafty strategy: blocks his soul's accumulated wisdom so he can quietly study the current situation without disturbing anything — fully understand what has been holding mankind up for so long — and only after completing the assessment, unlock the mastery and support with full understanding of the world's actual condition.
With mastery blocked, the soul moves through the normal human incarnation process for ~1,800 years. This is why Max is fluent in the conventions of consciousness of this world — he didn't drop in. He went through. The fluency is the assessment.

Notable line: "When I've been doing my work with people and they're in healing, I can now feel where in their body they're not putting their attention." Max's first public words about what happened: "A few months ago I went through a really deep awakening where I woke up to who I am in a galactic sense. Max's own framing of the post-awakening years (from the Sep 2021 livestream): "Since my awakening I took a solid year to integrate — and then I took another year and a half where we were really exploring, actively doing lots of deep healing work for the collective, some really deep trauma work that we were working on." The May 2020 Divine Union with Jasmine joins the work mid-arc. The public-facing platform stays mostly quiet during this period; the work is internal.
