Founders & Team

Built by two people who practise what it teaches.

Erlandia is created and maintained by Maximus Light and Jasmine KaiSa Rose. One architects the infrastructure. The other makes sure it lands in a real body and a real life.

Co-Founder · Architect of the OS

Maximus Light

Four decades inside one question: how do human beings actually change — not surface habits, but the structural change that holds across decades and generations?

The Erlandia OS, the nine Fundamentals, the Container Method and the wider infrastructure are the synthesis of that work. The thread through all of it is a single recognition: most personal development fails not because the techniques are wrong, but because they are installed on a broken operating system. Max's contribution is the architecture underneath — the foundational patterns that make everything else finally land.

Co-Founder · Embodiment

Jasmine KaiSa Rose

The embodied heart of Erlandia — the force that ensures the OS does not merely work intellectually, but lands in the body, the nervous system and daily lived experience.

After studying Asian Studies at Furman University, Jasmine spent more than a decade mastering the healing arts, certifying in over thirteen modalities spanning somatic therapy, energy work and consciousness development. She is a leading specialist in holistic trauma healing. Where Max architects the infrastructure, Jasmine ensures it is embodied — and holds the final check that everything Erlandia creates is not just correct, but genuinely beautiful.

This partnership is embedded in how the OS works. Every Fundamental carries both — structure and life, container and contents — in balance. The result is a system that is practical and profound, coherent and grounded.

Getting to Know Them

The deeper story lives inside.

Max and Jasmine each have a full practitioner page in the member world — their methods, their history, and how to work with them directly. Like every practitioner on Erlandia, they run the same free OS you do.

A Platform, Not a Following

Erlandia is not measured by how many people become their clients.

It grows when excellent practitioners, trades, organizations and communities become stronger because a shared, free standard exists. The founders built the floor. Many people can build on it.
