Purpose & Values

Paradise on Earth.

Not perfection. Not the absence of challenge. A living direction.

Higher quality livingDiscover

The aim · yours

Everyone is already trying to make life more wonderful.

It is the one thing every person is reaching for, in everything they do. What differs is not the aim but how well it goes. Do not take our word for it. Test it against your own life.

The purpose · Erlandia's

Paradise on Earth: created, lived in, and continually renewed.

A state of super-abundance, and not the kind you count. Not more things: more in each thing. More to notice, more to feel, more that becomes possible. Life at higher resolution. It begins small and practical: a safe, healthy container where people can learn and evolve is already a piece of it.

Paradise within builds paradise around you. Paradise around you builds paradise within. Each strengthens the other, so what is built here does not just add up. It multiplies.

The how

Between the aim and the purpose sits the Erlandia Operating System: nine Fundamentals, free to every member. Methods aligned with what they are for, so they give the best results for the least effort. That is a bet. You test it.

What Erlandia is

Erlandia is not a business.
It is an ecosystem.

A purposeful environment for mankind to create, interact, learn, and explore. Many organizations exist within it, each with its own purpose, its own agreements and its own work, on a floor that is shared and free.

Not for sale.

The complete Operating System is free to every member. Payment never buys capability, qualification, authority or trust.

Not a following.

Erlandia grows when practitioners, trades, organizations and communities become stronger because a shared standard exists. The founders built the floor. Many people can build on it.

Not a belief system.

Nothing here requires belief. Questioning Erlandia is compatible with being in Erlandia. Keep what holds up in your own life. Leave what does not.

Many homes, one agreement.

Every organization, program and group inside Erlandia runs its own way, inside the one agreement every member shares. Each can add to that agreement. None can take away from it.

One purpose, several sides

No single way of saying it
holds all of it.

So here it is from three sides: what we care about, what we hold ourselves to, and how it shows up in the work. Each one shows something the others cannot.

First side · what matters

What we care about, and why.

An operating system can tell you how things work. It cannot tell you what someone loves. Erlandia was created out of these. They are what is important to the people who started it, so they are built into the place itself. You do not have to feel the same way to be here. You are asked to honor them while you are.

The living world

  • Life

Everything here exists to make life more wonderful, and that means all of it: yours, ours, the whole living world. Nothing alive is outside what we care about.

  • Nature

Nature is the oldest proof that this works: countless lives, each doing its own thing, each making the others stronger. It matters to us because it is what we are learning from.

    Goes deeper inF6Harmonic Process

  • Animals

How those who cannot speak for themselves are treated shows what a culture really is. They matter to us because protection that only covers the powerful is not protection.

Each other

  • Children

A child who is protected without being punished grows up unafraid. They matter to us because every world worth living in starts there.

    Goes deeper inF1Healthy Boundaries

  • Connection

Nobody becomes whole alone. People matter more to us than programs do, and most of what is good here happens between them.

  • Growth

Everyone is on their way somewhere, at their own pace. It matters to us that no one is rushed, compared with anyone else, or left without a next step.

What we make

  • Beauty

Beauty is what it feels like when there is more to notice in a thing and all of it fits. It matters because people come alive around it.

  • Play

People learn best when they are enjoying themselves and no one is afraid. Play, fun and love are what let people at every stage of growth learn from each other.

  • Craft

Work that holds up. It matters because real ability cannot be faked or bought, and a life built on it stays built.

This list is meant to grow. Every organization inside Erlandia brings what is important to it.

Second side · our commitments

What we hold ourselves to.

These are promises made by the people and organizations who build and run Erlandia, to everyone who enters it. They ask nothing of you. Each comes with the question we put to anything we build or change, and any organization that builds here takes on the same ones.

Mankind has choice.

Every structure in Erlandia comes from choice and consent. Authority is never deferred to Erlandia; each person holds their own. You can question it, test it, keep what works and leave what does not.

The testCan you say no, and can you leave, without it costing you what is yours?

In the OSF4Healthy Agreements

Protection without punishment.

A boundary can be firm and a consequence can be real, and neither requires making someone suffer to make a point. Conflict here is met with mediation.

The testDoes this protect someone, or does it make someone suffer to make a point?

In the OSF1Healthy Boundaries

Nourish, never extract.

We do not transform you. We give you what makes your own effort finally work. The teaching is free, the costs are plain, and the people who serve here should thrive.

The testIs this nourishing, or is it extracting?

In the OSF6Harmonic Process

Honest about what is real.

Some of Erlandia exists today and some of it is still being built. We tell you which is which. Understand us by what we actually do, and by the difference it makes in people's lives.

The testHave we been clear about what exists today and what is still on the way?

Third side · how we work

In practice.

The same things again, from the working side: how they show up on an ordinary day.

  1. Personal work is world work.

Stronger people carry stronger capacities into their relationships, organizations and communities. That is how a civilization changes.

  2. The process is the goal in motion.

A healthy outcome cannot come from an unhealthy process. How we do a thing decides what it can become.

  3. Words cannot trap you.

Expression is the default. Commitment happens only when you consciously choose it.

  4. Every change carries its why.

When something changes, the reason is written down with it, and kept.

  5. Sequenced for understanding, never hidden for secrecy.

Some things come later because they build on earlier things. A door always says what it asks for, and why.

  6. Entry is open. Responsibility is earned.

Anyone may come in. Those who hold space for others are the ones asked to qualify first.

  7. Real capability, not simulated.

Progress here records what you have actually demonstrated, never what you bought.

  8. Quality over quantity.

Only the work that holds up. Only what is worth carrying for the rest of your life.

  9. Open path, no ceiling.

Open to all, earned by the willing, never given away.

  10. Free the teaching. Protect the name. Steward the experience.

Spreading the Operating System is the mission. Enclosure belongs to the old way of doing things.

  11. What you earn stays yours.

Your progress belongs to you. It stays on your record, and it is there if you leave and come back.

  12. Disagreement is welcome.

Questioning Erlandia is compatible with being in Erlandia. Disagreement and disrespect are not the same thing.
