That is the whole agreement in brief. The sections below say the same things with care; where the two differ, the sections are what we have agreed.
The Purpose
Erlandia is a container created for one purpose: Paradise on Earth.
Not perfection, and not the absence of challenge — a living direction: created, lived in and enjoyed, and continually renewed by the people inside it.
It begins small and practical. A safe, healthy container for healthy expression — where people can learn, and evolve — is already a piece of paradise. Paradise on Earth is the same thing at greater depth, across more of the qualities that make up a life: life becoming, quality by quality, higher quality.
Paradise within builds paradise around you, and paradise around you builds paradise within. Each strengthens the other — so what is built here does not just add up; it multiplies. Everything in this agreement follows from that purpose. Whatever is in alignment with it is at home here. Those who discover they are not in alignment with it are welcome to leave, freely — Erlandia simply will not feel like home to someone who wants something else, and that is all right.
What Erlandia Values
Erlandia was created out of what is important to the people who founded it, and those values are built into the place itself. They are written down in Erlandia’s Purpose & Values.
You do not have to feel the same way to be here, and you are free to question any of them. You are asked to honor them while you are here — not to act against what this place holds dear. Every organization inside Erlandia inherits them, and may add what is important to it.
Who Erlandia Is For
Membership in Erlandia is open to those of mankind — living men and women who are choosing to make life more wonderful, for themselves and for those around them.
The Foundation
All activities take place within the private container of Erlandia.
Erlandia is a private membership community. Membership is how you enter it; access — to the Operating System, the community, the programs, and the people — is what membership gives you. What happens within Erlandia stays within Erlandia. Members honor each other's privacy and the sacred nature of the growth process.
Erlandia Runs on the Erlandia OS
Everything in Erlandia — its programs, its community, its agreements, and the way conflict is resolved — runs on the Erlandia Operating System: nine Fundamentals for higher-quality living. The OS is free to every member.
You do not need to know the OS to enter; you are agreeing that it is how things work here. Inside Erlandia, the OS is the shared reference for how we communicate, make agreements, hold boundaries, and resolve conflict — and your progression through it is part of how members understand one another.
The OS grows in versions, and different parts of Erlandia may run on different versions of it. Some doors open only once you hold certain keys — a program may ask that you have completed Healthy Boundaries first, for instance. When a door asks something of you, it says so plainly, at the door.
Communication
All communication within Erlandia utilizes the Erlandian Language Framework. This means:
- Words create expression and understanding, not accidental obligation
- You can speak freely without fear of creating unintended commitments
- Agreements require conscious ceremony — clear terms, mutual benefit, and informed consent
- Silence is silence — it is never treated as consent or agreement
Words in this agreement carry their plain, everyday meaning. Where Erlandia gives a word a particular meaning, that meaning is written down in Erlandia's dictionaries inside the platform — brought in by name, never assumed.
Conflict Resolution
All conflict, controversy, or claims of trespass or harm that cannot be resolved directly between those involved will go through the Erlandia Mediation Process.
Erlandia uses mediation — not punishment. The goal is always resolution, understanding, and restored harmony.
Privacy and Your Passport
- What happens within Erlandia stays within Erlandia. We do not sell your information.
- Your OS standing is visible to other members where you show up. Your progression through the Fundamentals appears alongside your participation — when you post in a community space, for example. Erlandia runs on the OS, and words carry different meaning from someone just beginning than from someone with deep experience. There is no member directory: members encounter you where you participate; they cannot look you up.
- Everything else is yours to share. Your journal and reflections, and any credentials beyond your OS standing, stay private unless you choose to disclose them through your Passport.
- Outside Erlandia, nothing about you is shown without your authorization.
- Practitioners, by accepting that role, make their full earned record visible — leading by transparency.
Community Standards
- Punishment and bullying are not allowed
- Healthy boundaries are honored — you may set boundaries without justification
- Disagreement is welcome; disrespect is not
- Every member has the right to exit at any time — mankind has choice
- A member who violates these standards, after mediation has been attempted, may be removed. That is not a punishment. It is a boundary — Erlandia keeping the integrity of its own container, for everyone inside it. This is Healthy Boundaries, the first Fundamental, applied to Erlandia itself.
Agreements Within Erlandia
Erlandia is not a business. It is an ecosystem — a purposeful environment for mankind to create, interact, learn, and explore. Many organizations exist within it, and each works inside this agreement.
This agreement is the outer container — the minimum that lets Erlandia work. Inside it you will meet other agreements: the terms of a program, a practice group, a session with a practitioner, the terms of Magic. Each is offered to you at its own door, in its own plain words, and begins only when you consciously accept it.
An agreement inside Erlandia can add to this one. It can never take away from it.
How This Agreement Evolves
Erlandia is alive, and this agreement grows with it — led by the people who steward it, in one steady direction. Its purpose does not change. What changes is how clearly it is said.
Every version is numbered, dated, and kept. The full history — what changed, and why — is kept inside Erlandia, where every member can read it.
Small updates — clearer wording, corrections, things added to what you have — take effect when they are published. That is what "and its future updates" means.
A new whole version is offered, never imposed. You stay on the version you accepted for as long as you like, and nothing is asked of you. When a new version is available we let you know, quietly, and you move to it when you are ready. Members on different versions live and work together here without difficulty, because every version serves the same purpose.
Some agreements inside Erlandia may name the version they run on, where that clarity is useful. They say so plainly.
If the way Erlandia actually works ever changes in a way that affects you, we tell you plainly — whichever version you are on.
If you believe an update was treated as small when it was not, that is a matter for the Mediation Process, like any other.
What Never Changes
No update can remove these. To change any of them would be a new agreement, offered fresh to every member:
- Mankind has choice. You may leave at any time, without punishment.
- Silence is never consent.
- Conflict is met with mediation, never punishment.
- We do not sell your information.
- What you have earned stays yours. Your standing in the OS remains on your record, and it is there if you return.
The Principle Behind Everything
Mankind has choice. This is the source of all authority within Erlandia. Every agreement is entered freely. Every boundary is honored. Every member participates because they choose to — and they remain free to choose differently at any time.
