Passport Product Direction

What you demonstrate should stay yours.

Erlandia already records demonstrated capability in several forms. The Passport is the intended user-controlled continuity layer that lets relevant progress travel without making your whole learning history public. The portable Passport product is not live yet.

Capability records exist · Portable Passport not live yet · Portable must never mean public

A Different Kind of Profile

Not what you bought.
What you've demonstrated.

Erlandia deliberately separates unlike forms of progress. Skill, experience, contribution, economic participation and qualifications do not collapse into one status score.

Fundamental Skill

Where capacity is developing.

F1–F9 skill preserves the difference between domains such as Healthy Boundaries, Communication and New Paradigm Organization.

Universal XP

Total demonstrated experience.

XP accumulates across meaningful challenges as a broad experience measure—not a judgment of the person.

Qualifications

Explicit standards met.

Keys and credentials represent bounded requirements that have actually been satisfied. They are earned—not purchased.

Economic Record

Participation without standing.

Purchases, payments and contributions remain separate from capability, qualifications, authority and trust.

The Interface

Fantasy on the surface.
Measurement underneath.

The intended product layer would carry exact skill, XP, qualification, provenance, status and privacy information beneath the ceremonial visual language.

Designed Selective Verification

Share the proof.
Keep the rest private.

The intended verification layer should answer a narrow question—such as whether a qualification is current—without receiving unrelated private learning history, reflections or other records.

Qualifications Become Infrastructure

A Key can open a real door.

A qualification becomes more useful when other people and organizations understand what it means and—with the person's authorization—can use it as a transparent prerequisite or readiness signal.

Person

Relevant qualification earned

The member has satisfied the defined standard and chooses to present it.

Program / Organization

Prerequisite satisfied

Access can be granted without asking the person to repeat foundational learning unnecessarily.

One Passport · Many Contexts

The same development should be able to travel.

People should not have to restart their entire developmental record each time they enter a new practitioner, program, retreat, organization or application.

Portable TrustOne record. Many authorized contexts.
Practitioners

Better starting points.

Relevant Passport information can help a practitioner understand readiness and avoid rebuilding shared foundations from zero.

Organizations

Shared prerequisites.

Roles, cohorts and internal pathways can require explicit qualifications rather than vague self-description.

Programs & Retreats

Clear readiness.

Advanced experiences can state exactly what should be completed before someone enters.

Applications

Portable permissions.

Future applications can use user-authorized qualification checks without needing the person's whole record.

Find Support / Matching Direction Qualifications can improve trust. Fit still matters.

Passport information can help identify qualified practitioners and prepared participants, while goals, modality, context, preference and availability help determine whether the match is actually right.

Future Verification Layer

From profile feature to identity infrastructure.

In the future, a user-authorized system could answer one narrow verification question for another application or organization without exposing the rest of the Passport.

Start at the Beginning

The record begins with demonstrated progress.

Use the free OS, begin with the Fundamentals and complete meaningful practices. The capability record begins there; the portable Passport is the continuity layer Erlandia is building toward.

Portable Trust

What you develop should become more useful over time.

A trusted Passport could reduce repeated friction, improve matching, clarify prerequisites and help higher-quality relationships form—without making a person's whole history public.
