Erlandia for People Seeking Support

Find support
that fits your life.

Erlandia is building a better way to find practitioners through your goals, readiness, preferences, context and the way someone actually works—not paid placement or one generic score.

The practitioner directory is not live yet · The free foundation is available now

Matching Is Not Ranking

Qualified is necessary.
Fit is personal.

A qualification can answer a bounded question about demonstrated capacity. It cannot decide whether a particular person, approach and relationship are right for the work you want to do.

Several distinct practitioner and support conversations taking place in equal garden studios across an Erlandia canopy
Fit Is RelationalSeveral excellent forms of support can coexist without one being universally best.
Goal

What are you trying to change?

The same practitioner will not fit every purpose, problem or desired outcome.

Readiness

Where are you beginning?

Useful preparation and honest prerequisites help both people start in the right place.

Approach

How do they actually work?

Therapy, coaching, teaching, somatic work and other modalities remain meaningfully distinct.

Context

What surrounds the work?

Life stage, access needs, culture, timing, location and format can materially change fit.

Preference

Can this relationship work?

Trust, communication and human compatibility cannot be flattened into an algorithmic score.

A Better Discovery Sequence

Begin with your work.
Then look for support.

Erlandia should help you become clearer and better prepared before asking you to choose from a directory.

01

Start with a real situation.

Name something you are actually navigating rather than choosing a category in the abstract.

02

Practise the foundation.

Experience a useful distinction and learn more about what kind of support would add value.

03

Inspect relevant claims.

See what was created, verified, authorized or accredited—and by whom, for what scope.

04

Choose mutually.

Ask questions, understand the container and decide without urgency, purchased visibility or coercion.

Trust Without One Score

Different claims answer different questions.

No star average or generic badge should collapse origin, compatibility, reviewed capability, permission and organizational systems into a single impression of superiority.

Original

Who created it?

Names the creator who originated the work and stands responsible for that claim.

Compatible

What does it work with?

Names the specification and version an offering demonstrably conforms to.

Certified

What was verified?

Names the bounded scope, reviewer, evidence and validity period—not generic excellence.

Authorized

What may they do?

Names the controlled action a participant has been granted permission to perform.

Accredited

What systems were demonstrated?

Names the defined assurance scope an organization has shown it can reliably support.

Your Judgment Remains Yours

Better information should support choice—not replace it.

A matching system can help you notice relevant differences. It should never decide that one practitioner is universally superior, sell placement as trust, or punish you for leaving.

Questions worth asking

What kind of work is this person actually offering?

Which claims are independently inspectable?

What agreement, boundaries and exit terms hold the work?

What would make either of us say this is not a fit?

What remains private, and what am I choosing to share?

Building Deliberately

The directory is not live yet.
The foundation is.

We would rather show a smaller truthful product than imply that profiles, inventory, portability or matching infrastructure already exist when they do not.
